
Cake with Matcha-Tea
Matcha green tea adds a certain something to your marble cake.
Ingredients:
3-5 TL Matcha
6 EL Milch
300g Butter
300g Zucker
5 Eier
375g Mehl
1 Päckchen Backpulver
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
etwas Salz
Rum-Aroma
Preparation:
Beat the butter until it is frothy then one after the other mix in the sugar (275g), flour, vanilla sugar, a bottle of rum flavouring, salt and eggs. Then add the baking powder and milk (3 tbsp), mix well and fill a baking tray with 2/3 of the mixture. Mix the remaining dough with the matcha tea, sugar (25g) and milk (3 tbsp). Put this too into the baking tray and stir in a spiral with a fork. Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for an hour.
