The alchohol free variety of this well loved fashionable cocktail with fresh mint tea, cane sugar and delicious lime.
1-2 tsp peppermint tea
1 tsp cane sugar
Cilia® Tea Filter S
Pour the tea into Cilia® Tea Filter S with 150 ml boiling water and allow to infuse for 8 minutes. Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze it with a pestle. Add the cane sugar and crushed ice. Pour on the peppermint tea and garnish with mint.
