
Hot Chilli Rooibos
Fiery sweetness with South African flair
Ingredients for a 750ml pot:
6 tsp Rooibos Vanilla Honey
750 ml water
2 small red chillies
2 tsp dried rosehip peel
honey
Cilia® tea filter M
Cilia® tea filter holder
Preparation:
Core and finely chop the chillies then put them in a Cilia® tea filter M with the rosehip peel and the Rooibos Vanilla Honey Tea. Use the Cilia® tea filter holder to hang this in the pot then pour on fresh boiling water. Allow to infuse for about 5 minutes, sweeten with honey to taste. Enjoy hot and spicy!
