Peppermint Tea Smoothie

A fruity tea for the hot summer months

Ingredients:

2-3 tsp peppermint tea

200ml water

1 orange

1 mango

2-3 tsp cane sugar 

fresh mint

ice cubes

Cilia® Tea Filter S

Preparation:

Pour 200ml boiling water onto the peppermint tea in a Cilia® Tea Filter S (infuse for about 5 minutes).

Peel the orange and mango and use a mixer to blend them into a thick creamy puree. Mix the peppermint tea, sugar and the fruit puree then add the ice cubes and if you wish garnish with fresh mint.
