
Sencha Grog
Exotic warmth for cold days
Ingredients for a 150ml glass:
1.5 tsp Sencha Tropical
150 ml water
2 cl rum
1/2 vanilla pod
1 tsp rock sugar
Cilia® tea filter S
Preparation:
Put the rock sugar in a grog or tea glass and put the vanilla pod pulp together with the Sencha Tropical Tea in a Cilia® tea filter S. Then pour in hot (80°C) water. (Hint: Boil the water then allow to cool for about 5 minutes). Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the rum as soon as the rock sugar has completely dissolved. Serve hot and the Sencha Grog will warm your heart!
