
Warming Tea-Punch with Black Tea
The ideal black tea drink for cold winter days
Ingredients:
3-4 tsp black tea
1l water
40g sugar
some elderflower syrup
a shot of brown rum
lemon peel
Cilia® Tea Filter L
Preparation:
Pour boiling water onto the black tea in a Cilia® Tea Filter L (infuse for 3-4 minutes). Then add the sugar, untreated lemon peel and some elderflower syrup. Allow the black tea mixture to infuse for several minutes, add a shot of brown rum and heat before drinking.
